The feeding conveyor uses a rubber track or roller structure, and the conveying speed can be adjusted via a frequency converter (1-5 meters/minute). The side baffles can accurately position according to the width of the wood, and the upper pressure rollers can automatically adjust the pressure according to the thickness of the wood, firmly fixing the workpiece and preventing it from shifting during milling; the control system is equipped with knobs or a touch screen, allowing for intuitive setting of parameters such as spindle speed and feed rate. Regarding processing precision, the precise positioning system, combined with a high-speed spindle, ensures that the shaping depth error is controlled within 0.05 mm, and the shape consistency of the same batch of workpieces can reach over 99%, avoiding dimensional deviations that occur during manual processing. In terms of ease of operation, the automated feeding and quick tool changing design significantly lower the operating threshold; ordinary workers can learn to operate it after simple training, and the processing efficiency is 8-12 times that of manual carving, making it suitable for mass production.
